		<description>Hi Deb! I just bought your course, and it&#039;s great! I just took a short sale course yesterday at my local real estate school. HAFA is the program for short sales that started April 5th. I just learned that they changed the $1500 relocation assisstance to $3000 for the homeowner. The lender pays it to the homeowner at closing, and they are reimbursed with government cheese as long as they are a part of the HAFA program. They have until October 13th to sign up. There is a website (which I will share when I can find it) that lists all of the servicers that are a part of it. Keep up the great work!
