Deb...I have to say that even though I was not able to participate in the entire short sale bootcamp this past weekend.....the information I obtained from the time that I was there was VERY good...I have attended MANY short sale "guru's" bootcamps and bought many a course on the topic (and I am no "newbie" myself:-); however, the information you provided was not only timely, but timeless as well...if that makes sense.  Everyone is always asking me (my husband included) WHY do you go to so many conferences....well my answer to them is simple:  in this business you HAVE to keep up with the changes....it's not a business you learn "one time"...this is an ongoing process, not only with the changes in the market, but in HOW we can better serve our clients with better services and options.  You did an excellent
job this weekend of "keeping up with the changes":-)

Like I said, I've been in the short sale business for almost 3 years (and I have to give you another plug:  you're the BESTEST coach EVER!!!  That 25k check I got on my second deal was because of YOU and YOUR help and to date, I have closed over 24 deals in a 17 month period!!)and the changes I have made just recently in my approach and marketing have made a big difference, not only in the amount of short sale acceptances, but also in progressing my
business overall.  And now, with what I picked up at your conference, I really feel my business will be a force to be reckoned with....and you were part of that!!

So once again....thank you so much for your expertise, time and conscientious concern with our learning and helping our business! 

The quality of training was incredible! 

The information I received this weekend at Deb’s boot camp is completely mandatory for the grow of my business.  I think the information on building rapport with Loss Mitigators and the unique way to explain the deficiency judgment to sellers before they sign is what will help my business the most!  The atmosphere was so comfortable it was easy to network and get my questions answered because there wasn’t anything pretentious about the boot camp.
